  • JP7C Ranch reserves the right to refuse service or sale to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to failure to meet transport, payment, or animal welfare standards.

  • All payments must be completed in full before pickup or transport of any animal.

3. Viewing Appointments

 

 

  • Ranch visits or livestock viewings must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling are handled at the sole discretion of JP7C Ranch, depending on advance notice, reason, and scheduling availability.

  • JP7C Ranch reserves the right to reschedule or cancel viewings due to weather, livestock conditions, or operational reasons.

4. Livestock Health & Liability

 

 

  • All livestock are represented accurately to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.

  • Veterinary inspections may be arranged at the buyer’s expense before purchase.

  • Once the animal leaves our care, JP7C Ranch assumes no responsibility for health, injury, death, or other conditions that occur after transfer of ownership.

  • The buyer accepts full responsibility for all costs, risks, and liabilities associated with the purchased livestock upon pickup or delivery.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

 

 

  • Refunds, exchanges, or credits are not guaranteed and are issued only at the discretion of JP7C Ranch.

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have conducted adequate research and inspection before purchase.

6. Shipping & Handling

 

 

  • Shipping and handling for all livestock are handled on a per-sale basis and may vary by season, distance, and animal type.

  • Delivery guarantees, timing, and transport conditions are determined by the transporter at the time of shipment.

  • JP7C Ranch is not responsible for mishaps or losses that occur after the animal leaves our care.
