JP7C Ranch – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At JP7C Ranch, we value honesty, fairness, and transparency in every transaction. Because livestock sales and viewing services involve significant preparation, time, and resources, all refunds or cancellations are handled in accordance with the following policy.
1. Viewings & Appointments

All scheduled viewings, ranch tours, or on-site inspections must be booked in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted as early as possible to allow us to make necessary accommodations.

Refunds or rescheduling may be granted at the sole discretion of JP7C Ranch, depending on:

The amount of advance notice provided

The reason for the cancellation or reschedule

The timing relative to the scheduled appointment

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposits or fees paid.

JP7C Ranch reserves the right to reschedule or cancel viewings due to weather, animal safety concerns, or unforeseen ranch operations, with a full refund or alternative date offered in such cases.
2. Livestock Sales (Cattle & Horses)

All sales are final once payment has been completed and the animal has left JP7C Ranch property.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued except at the sole discretion of JP7C Ranch.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

Conduct all necessary research, inspections, and inquiries prior to purchase.

Verify the animal’s suitability, purpose, and condition before completing the sale.

Any refund, exchange, or credit that may be approved will be:

Determined entirely at the discretion of JP7C Ranch, and

May be issued as a full refund, partial refund, or credit toward a future purchase, depending on the circumstances and reason for the request.

All associated costs (such as transportation, veterinary inspection, or handling fees) are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
3. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

JP7C Ranch may consider refund or credit requests only under specific conditions, such as:

A documented misrepresentation or clerical error made by the ranch.

A mutually agreed return arrangement within a specified time period, provided the animal’s welfare and health have not been compromised.

In such cases, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs, boarding fees, and any necessary health inspections prior to reacceptance of the animal.
4. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

JP7C Ranch is not liable for refund or replacement due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Transportation accidents
-
Illness, injury, or death occurring after transfer of ownership

Once the animal leaves JP7C Ranch property, all ownership, liability, and associated risks transfer to the buyer.
5. Policy Updates
JP7C Ranch reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time to reflect evolving practices or legal requirements related to livestock handling and sales.
All transactions are subject to the most current version of this policy at the time of sale or appointment.
6. Acknowledgment
By booking a viewing or purchasing livestock from JP7C Ranch, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
